- Fitness with Focus Online Class Class - Starts Sept 11, 2017
This will be another Facebook Class and again I am trying something new. You said it and I heard you. More time to train and focus on one exercise at a time. Once signed up I will manually add you to the private Facebook page. I need to know the email associated with your Facebook account to invite you the group. Please add in the box above the ADD TO CART box.
Starting Sept 11th, I will post written and video instruction every two weeks until Mid December. Each instructional week will have a focus - Front, Rear, spine and core or exercises that strengthens and supports a specific movement or skill. I am going to post instruction every 2 weeks to allow time for training, video editing and working through training issues. The exercise and training methods will inspire discussion and make this a collaborative effort.
Suggested Equipment: 2 K9Fitbones, small/large discs, rocker board or equivalent, targets or something similar, paw pods, 2o2o board/aerobic bench.
Why take this class
Videos review
I will offer a beginner and advanced version of each exercise (where appropriate) so that those that have been involved in fitness can participate while challenging their dog and those that need to focus on foundation work for the specific exercise can while mentally and physically challenging their dog. This is a WIN WIN for everyone involved.
I will use a variety of FitPAWS equipment and other items you may have laying around. Training methods will primarily be shaping and targeting.
FACE BOOK live feed instruction will be offered to help with training challenges and other topics of discussion. EVERYONE is a Participate and EVERYONE can post video. Don't wait until you have a finished trained exercise, I am here to help. Post during the training process so we can work together. You can post video ANYTIME - so long as you are posting 1 video per week - so if you miss a week, no worries, you can make it up.
